PARIS IN THE RAIN

“Paris in the Rain”- original painting, acrylic on canvas, 20"x20". 
The story: “Paris in the Rain” is one of seven color and texture variations on my original piece titled “Daniel”, which was originally about our human internal struggle. But i wanted this variation to feel different than “Daniel”. To me, it is fascinating how just a slight addition of white paint and more languid texture made me see the rainy sidewalks of Paris at night. Do you see Notre Dame and Paris street lights reflected in the sidewalks? Or something else?
